Establishment and operation of the company and not to do business
Police personnel should not do the following without obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal:-
(a) To participate in the establishment, registration or operation of any bank or company,
(b) To carry out any trade or business that is required to be registered in accordance with the prevailing law,
(c) To accept any kind of employment elsewhere.
